Boys and Maughan were excellent! Kept us updated throughout the process. Easy to deal with and very supportive when answering questions. While ours was a relatively simple house transaction, we were amazed at the speed this went through. Very impressive. Highly recommended.

I was influenced by the glowing reviews when searching for a local conveyancing firm during the purchase of my BTL and hired B & M for this purpose. Whilst I am sure they are mostly diligent and provide satisfactory conveyancing service, I was disappointed with the lack of communication throughout our engagement. They will tell you, as they have told me once I communicated my frustration, they are very busy and short staffed etc, yet a short 30 second acknowledgement or reply is all that is necessary for me to know that they have at least read my communication, nobody is too busy for that tiny gesture and it goes a long way. I would also question the wisdom of taking on more clients if B & M are so busy that they are incapable of communicating within a day or two. I was unlucky with my assigned solicitor, which unfortunately has tarnished my opinion on the company as a whole, so on that basis, I do not recommend using Boys & Maughan.

We used Anna Leach from Boys & Maughan, I must say this has been an extremely smooth process! I very rarely write reviews however on this occasion I just want to thank Anna leach for helping us in such uncertain times!For anyone that is looking to buy/sell a property in or out of this pandemic, I would 100% recommend Anna, she is extremely helpful , honest with timeframes & will work day & night to get your project complete.I will be recommending you to all my friends and family & will be in touch when I start my next project.Thanks again Anna for an amazing experience and all the best in the future!
