Always bargains to be found here. Good choice of food items, pet supplies, toiletries, home decor and gardening products. Sometimes the quality isn’t quite there but you often get what you pay for. Well worth a visit.

Since moving this is a disgrace. They never have the shampoo I use on the shelf. When I've asked on a number of occasions you get told it's what's on the shelf, that it is probably in the stock but they have no time to look. The staff in the older store were very nice, new staff here are rude and lazy.None of them apart from a few older staff even crack a smile.The store is freezing.The manager should take a good look at his staff and their attitude.I hardly go in now

Cluttered shoo. Designed to make you hunt for that quick item you needed. But you end up finding things you never knew you needed. Only went in for bin bags now have an airfryer

The congestion in the aisles has become very noticeable. Almost every aisle has multiple stacks of stock. There has been times that it's very hard to get down to what you need as either the piles of stock are blocking access or there is so many people trying to get past each other. There is some pinch points there is no way a wheel chair or a large buggy could navigate. Seems to be getting worse recently. Couple this with so many items not being either in the right place with correct price ticket under it or just no price ticket at all. Must be a B&M known issue as they have built a price checker in to their branded app. I'm sure trading standards would have a fit if they were spot checked

Not even 1 star, this place assaulted my friends. The manager grabbed 1 of them by the kneck and threw him to the ground. was swearing at every student near them kicking then off the property for nothing.
