We had two gas fires replaced with log burners. Very polite and professional service. They continued up a cherry picker in strong winds and rain in order to keep to schedule. Have recommended to neighbours looking to add to their existing stoves.

Excellent!!! As always.We had cutler remove our old gas fireplace and install of new wood burning stove. This included opening up the chamber and installing a new hearth.The guys at cutler are great, super easy to communicate with. Very professional and efficient. They explain everything very clearly and give great advice. We have used them for other smaller jobs e.g. Boiler services and they have always done a fantastic job, going out of their way to make sure the jobs get done on time and to a high standard.Couldn't recommend more!

After having problems with another company that came, disassembled our gas fire, then never returned, we called CUTLER home solutions and arranged for a visit.Engineer Brad arrived on time and quickly and efficiently identified the problem and ordered the part. Nothing was to much trouble, he was very, very pleasant and clearly a very experienced engineer.My wife and I were extremely impressed.

Friendly, professional service. Brad did a fantastic job of fitting our log burner/stove. Attention to detail was second to none and great care was taken to ensure our home was left tidy during and after the work was carried out. Every step was considered carefully and discussed with us. We used these guys to do back to back logburners and they were just brilliant. So happy with the finish and the price was very reasonable, highly recommended. if you're are looking to get a woodburner fitted, can not fault them whatsoever
