Absolutely brilliant service from these guys! Booked the car in to remove 2 dents in the rear door, turned up and was greeted to a coffee in their comfortable waiting area. 15-20 mins later, the car was ready after Ben had removed the dents and I couldn't believe there wasn't any (and I mean any!) evidence that the dents were ever there. Absolutely fantastic, and will be using them again when needed. Thank you, guys 10/10

Took my car to trident for a couple of light dent removals. Ben advised me he would be removing the rear light for access. Whan I got home, I noticed there was paint damage to the rear bumper, from the light being removed. Ben couldn't recall doing this, (basically denied it)but it's something you'd definitely know you'd done.Now I know why my car was facing the other way when I returned.If you're going to use this service, be sure to walk around your vehicle with Ben, before you leave it with him.PsYes we did agree to have it touched up at your expense as a goodwill gesture. You even confirmed that you would rebook a date and get in touch. Which you failed to do.As for cctv, I asked you to make sure this wouldn't get wiped, as I was confident the damage was caused in your workshopThe bumper has now been smart repaired at an additional £120 cost to me.I am not here to bash your business, but to help future customers avoid what I've been through.

Can't Recommend Ben and his team enough, had an issue with dents in the roof and bonnet on our TTS from snowfall that only came to light when washing the car ready for a part exchange, and realised that it would be a issue. Being white it was not easy to see the damage unless you were at certain angles, then it looked horrendous, more damage than first thought, and other quotes were stating it was a body shop job £££.Took it to Trident and Ben said it would be possible for them to do and had it back to us the very next day, the work they did was nothing short of a miracle, perfectly done back to showroom condition.Excellent.

Dent in offside front wing complicated by the shaping of the wheel arch. Nudged it on the garage door post. Took it in and told it could be pushed back out together with a quote and a following week appointment. Work completed today and shown two small spots of paintwork on a crease that might bubble in future as metal thin, very helpful. So much cheaper than taking it to a body shop and extremely pleased with result. Excellent service and would highly recommend.

Man's a wizard... massaged an irreplaceable roofskin on a 60+ year old car, and got it pretty damn good. Very happy. Very relieved.

Took our car to Ben and although he was unable to help us he seemed like a really nice guy and put us in touch with a company round the corner who would handle all the work needed (dents, scratches, paintwork etc). If we ever need dent work doing will definitely take it to Ben.

Excellent service received last week from Ben and his business. Fitted me in at short notice and completed my small dent the very next day after a visual inspection on the day that I rang. Ben also touched up some minor stone chips on my vehicle that was unexpected but very much appreciated. Very professional set up and a very talented individual that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I had a small mystery dent in my bonnet removed by Ben recently and I'm 100% happy with the service and work that was completed. Very reasonable price and he did such a good job I genuinely can't even find the spot where the dent used to be. Highly recommend and will be my first port of call if I end up with any more dings.

Messaged online, Ben got back to me, I sent a few video snippets over, Ben gave me a indicative quote, which was fine.We arranged a date and time over WhatsApp that worked... Turned up Ben sat me down with a cup of tea while he worked on the dent to my Mini bonnet. He clearly knows his stuff, and was done before I had finished my cup of tea, amazing result dent totally gone.I'm super happy thanks Ben.
