Great experience. Quick, friendly, quality and value for money. They arrived in 30mins from my call, as promised. Then cleared the blocked drain in my flooded cellar efficiently. They then did a camera survey of another drain and gave me clear advice on the options I had. Will certainly use them again, very high quality performance at a price that was excellent, thank you.

Amazing service from start to finish. I called on Friday afternoon and Johnny was with me at my business for 5.30pm. He returned on Saturday morning (guests staying meant that work on Friday evening wasn’t possible) to do the job. He worked under really difficult conditions but diagnosed and fixed the problem. I had tried big companies but they let me down and quoted ridiculous amounts. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Brilliant.

Just had a fantastic service from start to finish from Johnny. After months of struggling to clear a blocked drain Johnny was able to clear it in very little time. Jonathan got back to me almost immediately after first contact, and came out the following day. Cleared, investigated, repaired and communicated really effectively....and it didn't cost the earth! Excellent service...absolutely five star.

Had some issues with a blocked downpipe after roofing work. Johnny came round an hour after I called and had things sorted within 15 minutes. A very friendly bloke too!

I would rate the service as excellent. When I contacted, he responded straightaway instead of me having to wait listening to music, he agreed to come up when I wanted him to visit, he arrived on time, he had all the necessary equipment. It was a difficult job but he continued and sorted it. Charges are reasonable as well.
