Nicole and Kirsty have been cleaning the site offices and welfare facilities for the last few months and always do an excellent job. The place is as good as new every time they leave. Highly recommend them both, especially for offices on site which is a very demanding task in itself. Thanks for your hard work.

Refresh clean our offices and site facilities on a construction site and they always do an excellent job. We recently changed office and the transformation has amazing after Nicole and Shauna had worked their magic.

AVOID AT ALL COSTs. Truly awful company and as by their own admission they're extremely disorganise and unreliable . They book appointments and never show up, or they spend hours telling you that someone is on its way, only to tell you 3 hours later that actually they won't be coming as someone is sick. 1st Time I waited 6 hours and they say they'd come another time, the next time I waited 3 and again they didn't show up. Apparently they do this all the time as they're extremely disorganised. They're lots of fantastic reliable independent cleaners out there, be aware and avoid Refresh cleaning Services as they offer the most appalling services.

Nicole and Kirsty from Refresh leave the offices as sparkling as their personalities. Never an easy job cleaning a construction site, but the facilities are always left exceptionally clean.

Very unreliable, unprofessional. They also make up stories to justify themselves, but probably get confused between clients and they can’t keep their made up stories straight, because the next day they say something completely different. Lots of cleaning companies out there, avoid this one.

Rio and her team are amazing at what they do, my house sparkles and smells amazing once they visit. Great value for money, if I could rate them more than 5 I would. Happy customer and would 100% recommend.
