To quote them “designed to focus on meeting the needs of existing and new trade customers”They completely fail to ‘meet my needs’ as they never EVER answer the phone.It rings, and rings, and rings, and then rings out.If I select the option offered to leave a voice mail I get a recorded message ‘mail-box full’ so clearly it is not just my phone calls that never get answered.Email them? Equally pointless, never get a reply.So, to sum up, they do not answer the phone if your call them, ignore emails if you email them, and their answer phone is full of ignored messages.
