I order from Dory’s everyday for lunch. Really disappointed this time, I ordered scouse through Deliveroo and when it arrived it had no steak pieces like advertised. I’ve ordered this meal so much and this has never happened before. They also have one of their steak sandwiches out of stock which we usually get, so I’m guessing they had no steak available and instead of putting the scouse of out stock they still decided to sell it. I contacted Deliveroo and they’re useless. Won’t help us at all. Money down the drain and won’t be ordering again.I’ve also had my bread arrive with hair on it, I just let it go and didn’t eat it. Please sort this out.

Dory's is, to my mind, the finest sandwich shop in Liverpool. From its humble and cramped beginnings in a shop a few doors down to its current spacious location, it's been serving excellent sandwiches for years.They serve any kind of sandwiches you need, something light like a chicken salad on a baguette to a bin lid stuffed with bacon and egg. They also do boxed salads, soups and jacket potatoes.Service is fast and efficient even at busy periods. Can't recommend them enough.

By far the best sandwich shop I have ever visited, anywhere, ever. I have been a regular for years. The food is delicious, the menu has so many options and the salad bar has pretty much anything you could possibly want. The prices are excellent, plus the staff are helpful and friendly, no matter how fussy you are with how you want your sandwich. You will not be disappointed!

Some of the items didn’t arrive and the drinks were wrong. No phone number on the restaurant so can’t contact them to fix the mistake. Most lazy packaging I have ever seen just put food on a paper plate and put it in a bag for delivery absolutely awful
