We had AAF complete our showroom staircases and install a new bathroom in our office building. All workers were extremely polite, on time, clean and hard working. We are over the moon with the works that were carried out and would not hesitate to recommend them. Look forward to our next project with them.

I have a lobby attached to my kitchen, housing my fridge/freezer, but I had to step down each time I wanted milk, butter etc. AAF raised the floor to the same level as the kitchen and laid tiles similar to those in the kitchen. The results are absolutely great and have made my life so much easier. I have added a tumble dryer and a small chest freezer and still have plenty of room to use the back door. Brad and team completed a single story extension for us last year. This involved knocking down the whole of the rear supporting walls to create a large open plan area with a new kitchen and underfloor heating. The job was completed bang on time and budget and all the people that worked on it did a great job. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AAF.

Well, what can I say about AAF Building?Brad and his team are a real credit to the building trade. As you can see from the photos, AAF did our second storey side extension and a rear single storey extension two years ago. Most recently, AAF did our rear patio, garden pergola and fencing at the front of the property.Brad and his team are hard working and worked to an extremely high standard. What we like most is the trust between Brad and ourselves. Also, he comes up with some great ideas for our projects.Definitely recommend AAF without a doubt and wouldn’t go anything else!Brad, thanks for making our dream home come true!

AAF have recently finished our extension, and we are really pleased with the overall quality and workmanship.We did source a number of quotes but Bradley was excellent and the quote was in the middle of the quotes we had received, so we decided to go ahead with AAF. They had been recommended by a friend in the first instance but my wife and I felt as though we could trust them.Bradley advised us how long the build would take, and he was pretty much spot on. The build did go on for a bit longer, but that’s because we were so happy with the work, we asked AAF to do some more work inside, such as underfloor heating and laying tiles etc, which they happily and competently completed. We have now decided to get the garden!Overall, I would highly recommend Bradley and his team. We found them all to be friendly, chatty, hard working and the workmanship has been excellent.We have no complaints, and have been impressed with everyone we have met or liaised with.

AAF have converted our garage in to a sitting room.We are very pleased with the quality of work & attention to detail.All the trades were pleasant to deal with & the project was managed in a very helpful & reassuring way.Pricing was very fair.I would highly recommend them if your looking for a builder.

AAF Ltd helped carry out an extensive internal renovation work, loft conversion, and single storey rear extension. all of which was done to very high standards. initial part of the work was to renovate the house throughout - walls stripped and replastered, doors and bathrooms replaced, new ensuite room constructed. They also built a loft extension, new porch and driveway back in 2015. The final part to build the single storey rear extension was only a few months ago (2019).I have since had family, friends and neighbours come round to admire and commend the excellent workmanship of the work done by Brad and his team. Apart from the usual problem that comes with being so good at your job (which means you end up being very much in demand, and hence long lead times), I have no issues or long standing complaints regarding their work. Very impressed. Any issues that I've had after it was completed, gets resolved within reasonable time. I will definitely be using AAF again if I have any major building project work in future.

After tendering in the local area we instructed works to Brad and the team at AAF for a small office fit out required at our new commercial unit in Sittingbourne.The team at AAF managed to accommodate our tight deadline and all the trades working on site were very polite and tidy. Brad was very proactive in keeping us informed with time lines and progress and even had the teams still making progress over the xmas and new year period when most businesses close.We would have no hesitations in recommending Brad and AAF for all aspects of building works and the finished project is fantastic.

Tony and his team were FAB. We had a bungalow and wanted to convert the roof to a living space (2 bedrooms and a bathroom) whilst pulling out the front of the property inline with the garage to extend the front room and relocating the front door.This meant removing and replacing the entire roof due to a change of pitch. Works started mid Aug and completed just before Christmas, few delays due to the weather and building control, but nothing because of AAF.Tony was brilliant, put up with all my questions and reassured me the whole way through. Clear communication and updates throughout. His team (Greg, Richard and Keith, and the father and son team that fitted the bathroom) are incredibly professional and polite, and made it all a lot less stressful than it could have been. Office girls were also brilliant (Louise and Marie).The price was very competitive, I went out for several quotations with different building contractors, and Tony was really good at offering alternatives to suit the budget as and when needed, as well as clarifying items with the architects.If I had to do it all again, I would definitely go with AAF. We had the driveway done after the works were completed.
