Chain outdoor shop with decent selection of various outdoor clothing and accessories. Size in Xcape is quite small but there's a possibility of ordering online and having it delivered to the shop / address.

Good quality jackets. Really helpful staff. Had a damaged coat without receipt and they looked it up on their system and credited us. Definitely buying more there and customer service is fantastic.

Staff seemed very uninterested. Asked on child's mountain bike availability. He didn't even look up when answering. Said no and no further advice or assistance offered. Understand he may be bored due to lockdown so low trade but no excuse.

Manager gave me such a bad impression of the place, he seemed like he didn't care at all about customers experience just about money, will not be returning to this store, also they bullied the autistic sales assistant in front of me, as I am someone with an autistic daughter I felt personally offended by this, the team needs retraining
