Karen and Jim were a delight. They were both so sweet, and the food was outstanding (seriously, the best haggis we’ve had in all of Scotland!) The space was cozy and intimate too, with their service and kindness going above and beyond anything we’ve ever had. I highly recommend getting dinner here if you’re even remotely in the area, it would be more than worth a trip!

Really lovely cosy place run by the nicest couple who we spent quite a bit of time chatting with. Outstanding food that was worth every penny we paid for it. If we're in the area again we'll definitely go back and I'd recommend it to anyone passing by.

What an amazing dinner! Karen made us feel right at home as soon as we walked in, and Jim cooked an awesome dinner. I've had haggis a few different ways, but their haggis Wellington is now my favorite. My wife had a cheese and rosemary flatbread that was superb. Then we both finished up with venison steak over potatoes with garden vegetables. Jim said he was just a cook, not a chef, but we totally disagree!! We plan to come back in the summer and try the falconry (and another dinner)

Right, I like food, scrap that, I love food. I have been lucky enough to eat in many lovely places but this has to be the best 3 course meal I have ever had. Karen and Jim have created a wonderful place to eat and the food is incredible. Do yourself a favour, go visit if you happen to be anywhere nearby.

What an incredibly special place. The two owners are just delightful! So sweet! We also adored their passion for birds and falconry. While they no longer do shows, it was sweet to hear a bit about their story. Now to the food: They nailed it! It was the most scrumptious and tasty Scottish dishes!Love! Love! Love!

What a wonderful find!A real family run pub where we received a very warm welcome and lots of lovely home cooked food.We both had the steak which was cooked perfectly, followed by a delicious chocolate fondant. Very hearty portions, perfect for after a day's hike!Definitely recommend this pub for a warm and inviting evening.

A bit pricey but well worth it! Also, make sure you book in advance. The food is delicious! I left stuffed and the couple that run it are so lovely and friendly. Chocolate fondant is too die for! Who knew a little place tucked out of the way would be so good?I'm going to say; best meal of my life so far...

Words can't express how impressed we were with our experience eating at the Struy Inn. We had just finished hiking at nearby Plodda Falls and wanted dinner. I know we did not have a reservation, nor were we in the best attire for this restaurant, but they took us anyways... which we were very grateful for. This was our best meal in Scotland. My husband got the venison stake and I got the haggis wellington... they were absolutely delicious. We got 1-2 drinks, and we each had a phenomenal dessert. With all this food, we still spent under 100.
