Extremely helpful and polite. Was made to feel very welcomed and comfortable. The two ladies in store were exceptional. They provided excellent customer service and were very professional, polite and knowledgeable.They went above and beyond to help me find the right fit harness for a large built guy such as myself.Cannot recommend this place enough and will certainly be back with any other needs I have.

Came in with hubby a few weeks ago. I tried some really sexy dresses on when I came out of changing room I didn’t realise another bloke was there waiting for his partner …I apologised but he was fine ( I only had bra and niks on sorry ) customers and staff there are so amazing and laid back thank you all

In Blackpool for 3 weeks working,had to get a few pressies for the mrs as it was her birthday,as soon as I saw the display at front window,I just drew me in,then I could of literally spent thousands in there,everything looks amazing,there is nothing cheap and tacky about this shop it’s excellent wish I had one in oxford,the lady behind the till was smashing helped in every way possible,I think she also noticed I was very embarrassed about going in,but she was so helpful in helping me pick the toys thanks

The selection of items is extensive and they are all good quality, the prices are good, the staff are friendly and helpful and the place has a wonderful welcoming atmosphere. I shop here often and the fact that I keep returning must say something in itself

Great shop great ppl bought satisfyer pro 2 travel worked 1 day now wont charge rang up was told take it back or post it at my expense 60 mile rnd trip or sround £5 return with signature bit dissapointed only worked one day now wont charge.
