Took day off as arranged to take van in to look at work I wanted done on our t5, including a pop top quoted at £2600 plus vat but the guy in there could not even bring himself to leave his chair after I drove there to look at my van and go through the work I wanted done. Absolutely no way we are spending thousands there if they don't even move after you have driven over. Gutted I wasted my day off.
