I used Arrow recently to move house. At first they were unable to provide the van I had originally requested, but after leaving it with them to sort out, Paul and the team managed to get me an equivalent, if not better, van for the job. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Thank you so much to the team and to Paul in particular. I only wanted a small van for a short time but they way Paul treated me, you'd think I was giving them a million dollar contract! He bent over backwards to try and get me sorted out, loads of positive contact and suggestions. They sorted me out with exactly what I needed, and at a time when they're under a lot of pressure with NHS contracts and very snowy weather. Both hand overs were professional, thorough and friendly, the van drove well and was exactly what I needed. I can't recommend these guys enough and will not hesitate to use them again.
