Alec has maintained and replaced our heating systems over the years and in several of our properties. His professionalism and attention to detail is second to none.He is very thorough and doesn’t leave before he’s satisfied that everything is up to his high standards. We cannot recommend him highly enough. He is a perfectionist and leaves the job neat and tidy. A very personable worker. I have no problem in recommending Alec for Plumbing and Heating.

Alec from Caulderbank heating replaced our old boiler and emersion heater system with a new combi boiler, the job turned out more complex, Alec worked until 7:00-8:00pm most evenings to get it finished on time and on a couple of evenings worked until 10:00pm. He didn't charge a penny extra for the additional work. His professionalism and attention to detail is exceptional and his knowledge of heating systems and plumbing is incredible. Alec is a thoroughly professional, competent and competitive heating engineer, he serviced our oil fired boiler without any issues which cannot be said for other National companies that I have used previously Alec has also installed a number of new radiators and provided very detailed and invaluable knowledge in respect of selecting the correct size and output needed for future proofing our heating requirements. Alec's professionalism, quality of work and attention to detail are second to none. He installed a replacement boiler, radiators and the necessary additional pipework at one house and maintained an existing boiler at the house before that. Alec gave us ongoing updates on the work, asking for our input when choices were needed and taking the time to explain what he was doing and why. The only negative is that, after years of outstanding service from Alec, we now live outside his coverage area.

I've waited some time to find a Heating Engineer like Alec who understood our requirements and didn't immediately want to rush in a Combi Boiler as a Fix-all....He was at pains to make sure all requirements could be met and we agreed to go ahead with a Priority Hot Water system on a System Boiler. This allows quick heating of the Water Cylinder, and then reverts to a Weather Compensated Flow temperature for the Central Heating. This allows the boiler to run at different outputs to maximise efficiency by allowing lower flow temperatures for longer - Enjoyed the interaction, Thoroughly recommended - Thanks again!

Alec came to install a new boiler and redo all the pipework in my garage after a fire we had, he was prompt, professional, courteous and informative with the process. He showed up when he said he would and is very prompt responding to calls and messages.
