The only gym I've ever gone to. Always great service and all the instructors are great. Doesn't matter if you're complete beginner or have some experience, there's loads of classes to choose from. Best part - it's female only, so you can workout without worrying about any creeps staring at you.

I have attended the Flamingo prior to Covid. A small gym, but a good variety of machines. Reasonably priced for pay as you go, clean and not too busy.

My nails look FANTASTIC and were done by the lovely Laura and all the girls are so lovely and friendly and make you feel so very welcome. I love going to the gym as it makes me feel so better about myself and i have lost weight since i started going. Highly recommend this wonderful place.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
