I have known and trained with Ali for years as a fellow 3rd Dan black belt kickboxer. If you join her class you will find a patient, disciplined, highly motivated instructor who will get the best out of you. You will also become part of our kickboxing community. If you fall in love with the sport like we did, it will be about much more than just the belts and Dans.

I would recommend joining kickboxing it is fun great way to meet new people and the instructor I can highly recommend her she is the best alison is patient and very helpful for beginners and higher graded plz join you won't regret it
