For a small store, they make big things happen. Well connected, many options. Samples and ideas. Jo is fabulous. We need tiles from Ca’ Pietra and found Ripples online ad a supplier. The show room had everything we needed to see and Jo is a wealth of knowledge, patience and warmth. Great find.

I had a fantastic experience with Ripple for my recent en suite project. I originally approached them as I had seen some tiles that I liked on Pinterest. Joanne Sangster was my main contact and she was fantastic from start to finish. I didn't want the hassle of trying to source products from lots of different places and she put together a design and a product list that even included grey grout to go with the tiles, tile trim and matching sealant. The devil certainly is in the detail and the finished product is outstanding.As with most projects, everything will not always run to plan. We had some delays on our tiles due to covid, then I decided to change builders which put a delay on our start date. Ripples kept in touch with me throughout and were more than happy to keep my products at their warehouse until the start date. Working with them on this project took all the stress and hassle away from me. I would recommend working with Ripples without hesitation, and will certainly be using them again for my next project.

Our experience with Ripples has been incredible. We tried a number of places but only Ripples could design our perfect bathroom. This was mainly due to Jo who listened to what we needed, gave us great ideas and created a fantastic bathroom. Ripples were also very understanding when our project was delayed. Jo at Ripples in London (Belsize Park) helped us design a fantastic bathroom for our new house in East London. Ripples London, in particular Jo Sangster, has been extremely helpful. She solved and created a beautiful family bathroom for us. Jo took on the challenge and came up with a design that no one else had. This meant that we were able to keep a family bath and created a stunning walk in shower with the space we had available. She created a mood board which we instantly liked, and apart from a few changes we went with all her choices. Had an absolutely brilliant experience of working with RIpples. Jo was super friendly and helpful, listening to our input, and then providing expert guidance around choices and options. We worked closely with Jo to redesign and install a new 2nd bathroom. Like everyone else (I am sure), we wanted a 'designer' bathroom on a moderate budget. Jo listened and, sticking to our budget, made excellent recommendations where we could save and where we should spend a little extra. We came in (more or less) on budget and were over the moon with the end result.Jo was always available - pre-sale, design, install and post-sale. Ripples works closely with an expert contractor and it's clear they have a very good working relationhsip. The project finished on schedule and the workmanship was 10/10.I have no hestitation recommending their services. We will be using them again.

The team at Ripples (Jo in particular) were fantastic throughout. Helped us design and install a bathroom and en suite. The design was even better than we could have imagined (and Jo was exceptional at listening to our requirements and putting those into the plans) and we’re very happy with our new bathrooms!
