I must say I am extremely happy to have been recommended ALT. For someone like myself, who doesn’t particularly enjoy training individually - having Joe as my mentor to push, guide and help me has been fantastic.I’ve found Joe to have a vast amount knowledge; in training programmes and dietary requirements.Joe will interact regularly, demonstrate articulately and provide sound advice on ways to improve. Also, Joe will actively switch and mix up training sessions to keep me guessing… great way to keep motivated!Overall I’m delighted with the results I am myself seeing, after a short space of time training with ALT. Efficient, professional and very friendly - nice to have a PT that is enthusiastic and genuinely wants you to achieve your personal goals.Oh and great value for money! Brilliant.

I’ve been training with Joe for almost 2 years now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training once a week, as a personal one to one session, really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the sessions & then took on a boot camp session as well!Joe is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging and fun. My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.Importantly:– He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.– He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.I thoroughly enjoy working out in the gym environment, and would recommend Joe, to anyone looking to improve their fitness, as he is a very dedicated trainer. With advice on the right nutrition and training you can’t go wrong.

I started seeing Joe about a month ago for Personal Training and I must say it's the best decision I've ever made. He understands what help I need and tailors a programme specific to my needs and goals.I have a lot of weight to lose but Joe really helps me break down what I need to do to achieve this realistically and safely.I really don't know where I'd be without him. He's taught me that my goals are very achievable and that I can do it. His support is incredible. Always there to help me when I need the encouragement or have a question.I am now able to walk 5 minutes without being out of breath and I've actually come to really enjoy being at the gym. Oh and I love lifting weights. I can't believe I actually want to go to the gym.Joe's knowledge of fitness and nutrition is amazing. Thanks Joe for all the support. I have used ALT personal training for a while now. I changed from my original PT as even tho I was exercising I wasn’t reaching my weight loss goals. After seeing Joe in the gym Training his other clients I decided to give him a go. ALT has provided me with a detailed training and eating plan helping me achieve my fitness goals and making me feel fabulous in the process, he is constantly checking in and values his clients as friends… he’s trailers every workout to you as an individual and it’s never boring. Joe is very friendly, professional and gives you the motivation to keep going I couldn’t recommend him enough… I still exercise with Joe every day just to keep me on track! Amazing PT! First class Nutrition plans! And online training for when I’m not able to get to the gym.There is no getting away with not exercising :)

I have been training with Joe for 8 months now and not only have I lost 11 kilos, which of course is part of the deal where you want to train to lose weight, but more than that my attitude towards food, drink and exercise and above all, my self worth has had a complete make-over.Joe cares deeply about the well being of his clients and I can testify that because I really am a very different person to the one I was when I started. My friends and those closest to me have seen a real change not only in my shape but most importantly my confidence and general positivity and I’m so thankful to have such a compassionate PT who not only knows how to make the best out of my session at the gym/ make shift lockdown living room gym or wherever I am in the world but he has a real passion for mental well being and is very adaptable and sensitive to his clients. Consistency is key as I’m learning and I’m really happy to have discovered a new and healthier balance to my life where I can still enjoy life and have fun but equally I now love exercise and am so much more self aware of my intake, deficit and how to navigate a good balance.
