Time wasters.So 3 of us were waiting for a viewing, my viewing time was 6:30 and someone had been there since 6:00 and another since 6:15.It had got to 7:00, and no one had turned up, calls and messages were ignored.Leon did not turn up, just read and ignored messages and calls. Very unprofessional from Leon, someone there has said this was the second time for this property it had happened.I wouldn’t let this estate agent manage my house, nor rent one from them if they can’t even turn up for 3 peoples viewings.Can’t begin to imagine if we rearranged a viewing, how long the process would be if we liked the flat, if the estate agent couldn’t even show us round for the time he booked in.

As I’m a new landlord I’m so thankful that a came across Barnard Marcus and one off your employees named “Leon”the way you valued the property to the you were so informative in addition to that you also gave some outstanding advice on house repairs.⁩

Dagmara and Oliver at Morden branch were absolutely brilliant at every step of our sale and purchase. They went above and beyond what we would of expected and are truly grateful for everything they did. When our first buyer pulled out they got us another buyer within a couple of months and when it looked like our purchase was about to fall through as well they helped moved things along and helped us secure it back again. Again can’t thank them enough and their prices are fair too.

AVOID!!! Such Time Wasters. Agent called Vinz called my Mrs saying we have an offer for rental property which matches other letting company’s offer but they will process the tenant verification faster and all the checks will be quicker. He promised to send all the paperwork over a week ago, but nothing arrived, rang their office in Morden Left a message 5-6 days ago still no one returned the call.Please avoid!!!
