I suspect they may have closed down. I called at 11-45 am Saturday and today at 3-50 pm and both times all the shutters were down and the chain was on the gates. It is such a shame. I have been taking my gas from here for 40 years.

Really Helpful service-sorted me out with my gas bottle when no one else had any!I rang first thing in the morning and didn’t get an answer but the gentleman rang me straight back-legend!!

Dreadful. Delivery expected Friday, no phone call made to explain non-delivery. Called Saturday, no note of order from previous day and told to expect delivery this morning. No order arrived after 3 hours, called again and told on van and would be here in 15 mins - office is now closed till Monday and no order has arrived. Great customer service!!!!!!

Clearly not customer focused. 0900 Saturday morning, all closed, no staff here, queue of people outside and phone ringing constantly and not being answered. Not a good way to run a business.

Your website states you’re open Sunday, I called but got a voice message nothing saying not open. Please update your website opening times as it would have saved me a wasted journey. Feel annoyed

Never open as their opening times state. Even if there on site they won't serve you if they have decided to lock up early.

No service on the counter, we waited 10 mins then had to shout around the back to get someone's attention. Didn't have campingaz cylinders (they've lost the rights to refill)
