We used Franklin Allan for conveyancing when buying our first home on recommendation from a friend, and based on our fantastic experience, have recommended them on to multiple others who have had the same great experience at a very competitive price.Tim and Linda were both extremely responsive, quick to act and provided valuable advice to us as first time buyers throughout the whole process, which helped us a navigate some challenging circumstances with a leasehold property in London.We will definitely be using Franklin Allan's service should we be selling/buying again in the future.Full marks all round!
