Dan at Clever Carpets could not have been more helpful in accommodating my elderly parents particular needs. The fitters were extremely professional and courteous.The flooring was installed exactly on schedule and my parents are delighted with results.I would highly recommend Dan and his team. It is rare these days to find such attention to detail and high quality customer service.

Having bought some carpet from Clever carpets a year or so I got in touch as I needed to re-do the staircase in my new house. They gave really helpful advice to getting the most suitable carpet and some really good options in stock. They even cut it to the required size on collection.

Super speedy service. Ordered on a Thursday and Dan managed to get the carpet fitted following Monday which is a huge help as just moved into new property and the carpet had to come out straight away. Booked for them to come back to measure up the more rooms in the house. Super service from start to finish. Couldn't recommend enough.

The whole team at Clever Carpets were very helpful from start to finish. Having the van come round with samples really helped choose the carpet in the first place as we could see it in-situ. We had a couple of flights of stairs and a long (slightly longer than 5m) corridor done.The fitting was done quickly, professionally and to a very high standard. Everything looks great and (unlike the previous carpet) we cannot see where the join is in the long corridor.We are delighted with the results!

Absolutely fantastic company! Cant find enough words to say how fantastic they've been.Dan was brilliant from beginning to end.Needed new flooring for a 3 bed property I've been refurbishing to rent out and Dan came round with samples and got the fitting booked in to fit with my time scale.Nothing was too much trouble for him .On the day of fitting the fitter arrived on time and didn't stop, very professional and courteous - had to force him to have a cup of tea.Prices were much better than bigger rivals, communication was excellent - just an all round better experience form beginning to end and felt like a valued customer.We'll be using them when we do our own home in a few months and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.I cant thank them enough :)
