The staff at the willenhall branch,helped my daughter and myself through a very emotional and stressful time , Losing my wife was a very difficult time for both of us ,the team gave us help and support ,the funeral was everything we wanted .I can not thank them enough.Thank you so much.

From start to finish Sue at the Willenhall branch went through the whole process, although it was a sad time we found time to laugh and go through the whole process in a smooth way. We had several chats on the phone and a couple of face to faces to finalise the details, she recommended the celebrant who did a great job and also recommended a florist as I struggled to get the flowers sorted. ( she also owes me a pint at the Vine) The day went very from the drive by at Dad's flat to Bushbury all being overlooked by Abby ( might be Abbie ) she kept me well informed all through the day and couldn't do enough for the family.If Sue & Abby are the face of Jennings then they will make sure that the sad time people face will be carried out in a kind, caring, professional way.The bearers were also respectful to the point they melted into the backgroundThanks again Jennings 10 out of 10

Vanessa and Sue at Jennings Willenhall were so helpful in organising my father's funeral earlier this year. It all had to be done remotely and they could not have been more responsive or helpful, always willing to go that extra mile to reassure us that everything was in place.
