Last minute new EPOS till installations for three of our busy family hotels, just before Spring Bank Holiday. I placed the order on the Monday, and had the tills installed by Thursday the same week - amazing! Our team members find the EPOS software quick, and easy to use/navigate; I find both the back office software (TouchOffice Web) and till software (TouchPoint) very accommodating, being easy to check reports and make real time programming changes. Room tabs being included is an added bonus for us! Chris was very efficient and understanding of all our needs; Declan (the engineer) was amazing at explaining the operation and keeping the cables tidy. I would highly recommend ICR to any business, like ours, in the hospitality industry.
