Had to order a replacement part for one of my kits. Made contact and Revell sent out the part straight away. Arrived very quickly.Amazing service.

Review is regarding the Revell 00804 Junior Kit Fire Truck but really about the customer service. The toy itself is great. My 4 year old and I had fun putting it together, but we had a problem with one component not fitting. I reported this to UK customer services, and received a replacement part within a week. I cannot fault the communication or speed of the response. Thank you Revell, in particular Chloe who helped immensely.

Having received a model kit and initially checking the box contents I noticed that two parts on a runner in one of the plastic bags did not look right. On opening the bag and checking the parts in question with the instruction book diagrams it was seen that they had been incompletely moulded.I filled in the Customer Service 'on-line' form and received an almost immediate response from Tracey Lynch and clarified the replacement parts I required with her.The replacement parts were received securely packed in less than two weeks.Overall a very satisfactory response, thank you Tracey.

Carera Revell were exceptional in rectifying a situation I recently had after recently purchasing a Revell model without wheels.i cannot thank Chloe enough for what she did.above and beyond is all I can say.

Absolutely brilliant service!I purchased a pre owned but unopened Revell kit and unfortunately there were some missing parts.I completed the online form and received an immediate acknowledgement informing me that parts were not stocked in the UK and my request would be sent to Germany. I was warned of a wait of 4 - 6 weeks.Within three weeks I received a small package from Germany containing the missing parts.I now have a complete kit!Thanks again for excellent customer service. I am encouraged to purchase more Revell items!

Couple of months back I purchased a Revell model of Dodge Charger R/T, 1968. I had finished the model, and only realized after a month or so that I misplaced the two chrome part of the end of the exhaustion, and forgot to attach it.I wrote an email to the customer service email address I had found in the manual explaining my situation. I had received an answer from Tracey promptly that my request was forwarded to Germany, explaining that there is no spare part stock of this part in the UK.Two weeks later, I received the missing part, posted from Germany, free of charge (even though I had written that I was okay to cover any charges, as the whole situation was my fault, not Revells), safely packaged.I was so happy I was able to 100% my Charger.Flawless customer service from Tracey, and ongoing support from Revell. I can only recommend Revell to anybody who has chosen model making as their hobby, and I will remain a happy and satisfied customer of Revell in the future. Thanks again Tracey and Revell!

Excellent service and very helpful from Chloe Alpin and the Revell team in Germany .I had a broken item in a A380 model airliner kit and this was promptly replaced . Thank you now the build can continue.

I am house bound now so forcibly retired as such and have been building the Revell Black Pearl 1:72 with all the extras my mind can create including new sails, characters, cannon balls, crates, barrels etc. I contacted Chloe Aplin for some spare parts, as I'd broken quite a few cleats and other parts. Chloe was fantastic. Communication was superb and prompt, and my spares arrived a couple weeks later from Germany. I cannot recommend Chloe personally and the department enough for the great professional customer service i have received. 5 out of 5.

I had lost the instructions for a Revell kit I had bought. I sent an email asking if they could be obtained. Within a couple of hours I had a return email with a full colour PDF of the instructions enclosed, and with no charge. Well done Revell Kits.

I recently started work on a kit that I had in storage for about ten years, after doing a parts check I noticed two crucial bits were missing.I contacted Revell for replacement parts, I fully expected the usual 6 weeks or so turn around time but was pleasantly surprised to receive an email the next day that the parts I needed had been sourced and would be posted that evening!Two days later they arrive and dare I say, no charge!Exemplary service!The kit was the Star Trek Enterprise and it was the upper and lower clear plastic dome parts.Tracey, you are a star!
