Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. We shopped around the Jewellery Quarter to get our engagement rings repaired and polished - Dave was the chap that gave us the best combination of price, advice and trustworthiness.We also ended up buying both of our wedding rings here, Dave and the rest of the staff made it a pleasure.

Really friendly staff but not pushy in the slightest. Really nice family feel with a large range of coloured stones not just diamonds. A mix of common and unique designs would recommend you pop in and have a look and you may too walk out with a wonderful new purchase.

We came to Birmingham jewellery quarter for an Emerald ring! Having looked at lots of shops I particularly admired J & M’s collection of unusual rings. The guy who served us couldn’t have been more helpful bringing lots of trays for me to try on. He wasn't pushy, he was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the designer of the rings I admired. Reluctantly I settled for just one! I can fully recommend these people and we will certainly be going back in the future.

Faultless customer service, and real experts in their field. We bought our weddings rings today and the experience is one to remember. We will need to find an excuse to go back to this wonderful, family-run shop, where decisions are easy and there’s always something to celebrate!

Only jewellers in Hockley that's worth a visit. I have visited several times recently and welcomed warmly, treated like royalty nothing too much trouble. Staff lovely and attentive giving you advice if needed patience and not in your face would highly recommend

Excellent service and competitive pricing. We were looking for an engagement ring and a couple of wedding band rings. Stuart helped us with everything. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. By the time we got to J & M's we already had a good idea of what we wanted, Stuart gave us some good advice on what rings would work best for us and was very accomodating with our little requests.The after sales service was also superb! Would highly recommend..

My fiancée and I went to try on wedding rings - we tried several jewellers in the JQ and J&M were by far the friendliest, as well as clearly being very knowledgeable about the rings and offering practical advice. We took quite a while choosing the right ring, but felt absolutely no pressure to make a decision quickly from the two staff members we spoke to, who both seemed most concerned with us finding the right rings for us, no matter how long it took. Would definitely recommend!
