We had just the best service from Jake at Derbyshire Quads, whilst on a charity Quad ride around Britain we broke down in Glossop at 4.30pm. By 4.45pm Jake had ordered a new part to arrive the next day, he came and recovered our 2 quads. The following day after a quick repair we were back on the road, back on schedule. Many thanks to a great Team, truly great customer service.

5 star service throughout... Cannot say enough good about this place! Jake and the team gave me all the time in the world when I wanted to work on my first Polaris that I DIDN’T even BUY from them! Talking to me on the phone helping me out for hours!I’ve now just bought my first new Polaris ranger from these guys knowing that the after service shall be second to none! Priceless!Well done for creating such a warm, friendly, family run business.

If there is a 6/5 rating this would be it. Jake is an absolute pleasure of a gent. I had a few technical issues and needed parts urgently. I called DQ and dealt with Jake. What seems out of the way for some is nothing for Jake. He provided technical and sales input on a SundayThis guy is PASSIONATE about CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Forget the 6/5 rating 10/5. Every rating on here is spot on. Well done Jake you are a credit to fantastic!

Wow this is the best customer service I have experienced in years. Jake at Derbyshire Quads went over and above to help me out and advise with some problems with my Polaris ranger.I am so happy to have made contact with them, I now feel reassured that I can get the right parts and advice I need to get everything working again at the best price and when it it comes to buying a newer version ATV I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great customer service. I rang Jake with a problem with my Sportsman 550. He talked me through the error codes and identified the problem, he told me what to check next. I managed to fix the problem and all back up and running. I’ll definitely use Derbyshire quads for all our Polaris products going forward
