I needed flowers sent to a friend along with a little personal touch and Sarah couldn't have been more helpful. She managed to find a specific type of kitty toy to include with the flowers and then called me the following day to let me know that everything had been delivered. Thank you Sarah!

I received the most beautiful bouquet (and chocolates!) from The Flower Loft, sent by a friend. Unfortunately just a couple of weeks later we needed funeral flowers for my mum, and we chose The Flower Loft as the flowers that had been delivered to me were just the style my mum loved. Sara created a beautiful floral tribute, and also included flowers from my parents garden. Sara even took the time to pop to their home (around the corner)as a few of the roses hadn't lasted - and she arrived with her secateurs to see if we had any others. Sara then also took me to see my Mum's flowers, so I could truly appreciate them before seeing them at the service. Thank you for your attention to detail, and compassion at a difficult time.
