Really Brilliant Mediation session, truly relaxing and so nice to put my phone down for an hour. Iain is very knowledgeable, and approachable. Highly reccomend if your looking to try somthing different.

We were lucky enough to receive a virtual yoga session from Iain whilst at work. It was a fantastic experience. Relaxing yet invigorating. Iain is a great teacher. Highly recommended.

A gem of a place! Ian is fantastic. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, inclusive and comfortable with everything needed for a restorative yoga session. I can't wait to come back!

Absolutely love this little gem of a yoga studio. It has such an inviting vibe to the place and a great feeling of community.

I almost want to keep this lovely studio a secret!Iain has thought of every tiny detail in making this into a really beautiful space- the room is so lovely it makes you relaxed as soon as you walk in. Yes it is petite- but it is beautifully formed!Not only is the space really inviting, the yoga is wonderful too- lots of different types of yoga- to meet the needs of every yogi! Also lots of interesting workshops and sessions to further your practice. There are loads of special touches- all the equipment is provided- with lovely extras such as a hands off card " to indicate if you want adjusting or not and knee pads for those with creaky knees. A variety of drinks- hot and cold are available and yoga books to look at whilst you are waiting.One of the best bits is the gorgeous heated floor and blankets- no shivering here during a yin practice!!You won't want to leave when you find Humble Warrior!"

A beautiful peaceful studio humble in everyway. A unique welcoming space offering everything you need whether it's a gentle meditative practice or a challenging physical workout. Small but so beautiful. Had a break due to illness but so looking forward to joining Iain and immerse myself into the new timetable to ease me back to wellness.
