Darren was really helpful in assisting us with choosing a walker for my Mum, he also gave her a quick masterclass in how she should be using it correctly (who knew there was a right and a wrong way!?)Now she can go off road with her super light but very stable walker. He has since provided excellent after care (servicing & repairs) and also helped me with car seat products to help me after a whiplash accident. Would highly recommend!

My mother needed a wheelchair as she is immobile and needs to be hoisted. Darren came to the Home to measure, then arranged a 'mockup' chair to check the measurements. Bespoke chair arrived Wonderful to see my Mum comfortable with feet, head and spine in restful position. Excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble

My mother-in-law’s mobility scooter motor stopped working. I tried over a 2 week period to contact the company that sold her the scooter but only ever reached an automated answering service. Despite leaving messages I never received a response, even though I explained the scooter was unusable. Frustrated with a lack of response, and keen to get my mother-in-law mobile again, I looked for other mobility scooter services in Ashford, which is when I found Tailor Made Mobility and the wonderful Darren. Not only did he answer the phone, he listened to my explanation of the issue, suggested a few things to check and then arranged to pick the scooter up the following evening. As soon as he was able to look at it he diagnosed the problem, resolved it and called me to explain the issue and to arrange for the scooter to be returned. Such a contrast to the previous experience. Darren is clearly customer focused, knowledgeable and professional in his work. He was extremely polite and it was so refreshing to deal with someone who clearly just wants to resolve problems and make things better for people who need a little more help. In my experience you will not find a better service than that provided by Darren, he was excellent.

Mobility scooter hire: Darren, the owner of Tailor made Mobility Ltd, was very helpful and knowledgeable when I arranged the hire of a mobility scooter for 2 weeks. He kindly dropped off the scooter at our house and collected it as well. Excellent, helpful and friendly service, which I recommend.

My husband needed a new wheelchair and the service Darren gave was excellent. He visited the care home with a couple of options and then adjusted the chosen chair to suit my husbands long legs! I would highly recommend the wonderful service provided.

My riser/recline chair broke, which I rely on day in and day out. I reached out to Darren and he got back to me immediately, even though he was on his holiday!
