I have quite a shy daughter and this club has really helped her confidence. Theres a good mix of kids so nobody feels left out. Paul makes it fun but is also professional and knowledgeable. You can tell it is his passion as he really goes above and beyond for this club and his enthusiasm is passed onto the kids. Even lockdown doesn't stop him! Thoroughly recommended for all kids whether experienced or new, Paul makes all feel welcome.

Since the moment we first came across the club about 10 months ago, our son has loved every minute! The sessions are really engaging and challenging too. He really thrives on the discipline and focus that is required. He is constantly encouraged to be the best he can be and is always given really constructive ways that he can improve. Above all, it is such a fun and friendly club which we are delighted to be part of!

An amazing club. Both my children love the sessions and the opportunities the club provides for them. They have developed so well from training at a young age to prepare them for the future. Giving them strength, confidence and great discipline, along with equipping them with self defence skills. A highly recommended club for all.

My son started this club end of August (following in my wifes footsteps). It started off with outdoor social distant training then due to another national lockdown it went to zoom.My son being only young has adapted really well. He has learnt to follow instructions and adapted really well.Sensei Paul has a lot of patience, understanding and brilliant guidance with younger students. His experience and passion within martial arts really shines through to the children.My son after training is always enthusiastic, telling me what he has learnt and telling me all about his friends. He is always happy and proud of himself.I couldnt recommend this club enough. Child safety is always a concern in these uncertain times but the training my son gets is second to none and can not be faulted.Thank you!

This is an amazing martial arts club!! I took my girls to a trial at another club before this one and they didn’t like it at all. When they did the trial at this one they absolutely loved it and now they have been coming for about 5 months. They really enjoy the class and the other kids in it are great too. The coach is just brilliant with the kids and I highly recommend his class. I’m so glad I found this club for my children.

This club is a great club, the coach Paul Francis is great with the children who attend his classes.My eldest has been going for a long time now, I’ve seen a massive growth in his confidence and has really picked up on the skills.This is down to the Paul’s coaching skills and connection with all his students at all levels, he is firm but fair and gets the best out of everyone.He incorporates some games into his training which the younger students really enjoy, this also helps them with their techniques whilst having fun.All the students enjoy meeting up on training sessions but sadly due to covid it hasn’t been possible, however the coach has been dedicated to ensuring he and the students are still training by doing on line sessions..I would highly recommend the karate club to anyone wishing to take up Karate..

We initially wanted to find somewhere for my son to get some exercise and learn a new skill.He enjoyed it so much. He would come back showing his sister his moves. She then asked to stop dance to join. She has also really enjoyed her time with the club.On watching them in their classes and in recent times on their zoom classes, I myself asked to join.It has been a fantastic experience for me and the children. Learning new skills, getting fitter, having something we can all do together and we have fun in the process.I would totally recommend to anyone looking to get healthy, build confidence or just want to challenge themselves.The classes are fun, friendly and everyone is always willing to help.
