Clarinda's Tearoom
Traditional UK tea room. It’s a tiny room but the atmosphere is good for quick tea time. I ate Victoria sponge, taste good but the cake is bit dry. Price is reasonable and the service is good. Daily made cakes you can see from the table.

Very nice tea room in Edinburgh.Nice selection of teas and cakes.You can also have a lunch with soup and sandwiches.It is worth waiting a short while to get a table.Very nice and friendly service.Definitely a recommendation.

I did have to wait for approx 5 mins to get a table here, the prices are so reasonable, I had the Russian caravan tea and it was really full of flavour, the scone was good and that cherry cake was good, not amazing but for the price and atmosphere you just can't go wrong, the staff were awesome and made our time here much nicer, I will definitely come again.

This place is special, brilliantly located, and worth any wait you may have to withstand as there are no reservations. Everything we had was fresh and delicious. The team works incredibly well together. ENJOY!

Cozy little tearoom on the way to Hollyrood and the Scottish Parliament. I stopped here for a snack (a nice cup of Scottish Breakfast and a delicious slice of carrot cake) and oh boy oh boyThe tea and the cake are awesome, just like the staff that politely recommended me what to have for my afternoon break. The place is small, comfy and very well decorated. 10/10, I love this place

Such a lovely tearoom. The whole vibe is amazing. Servers are very kind and the food is realy good. Overall a great experience. Would defenitly recommend when visiting Edinburgh

If you make it down to the bottom of Royal Mile you MUST stop at Clarinda's Tea Room, a small hole-in-the-wall place with so much personality. We had breakfast here on our first day in Edinburgh. It's cozy and the walls are covered with paintings, antique cups and plates. To be honest the walls are quite chaotic but that's where the personality comes in.We ordered the eggs with toast and the full Scottish breakfast. Food was great, coffee hit the spot, and service was excellent. Even with the chaos they keep the place clean. Also, BEWARE they do not have hot sauce here LOL. I asked the server and she said No

I came here as a tourist a few days agoThe service is very nice. The price is reasonable. I love the vintage deco in this cafe so much. And the scones and tea are amazing.If anyone go to Edinburgh, I recommend to have a cup of tea here.

It's very popular. We queued for about 30 mins. Their hot meals were delicious, but I wouldn't recommend their scones. Their tea was really smooth and highly recommended. The environment was very comfortable even though it's a small teahouse.
