Appalling customer service I received from a recent order I made with this company.I have made 3 orders with Cougar Beauty within the last 2 months and one of these orders didn't arrive, I contacted customer service on 3 occasions and each time they didn't even read my complaint just replied with a generic answer that I hadn't even asked. Eventually having proven the package had been delivered 3 weeks ago and I hadn't received it they changed their tact to well it's been delivered to the address you live at so nothing we can do"I have told them on 4 occasions I hadn't received it

well the only good thing is that the product arrived.I brought the hair mask" which was supposed to be an intense conditioner....I followed instructions and applied onto damp hair ( like any conditioner) and it just turned to a milky substance. ..absolute rubbish!"

Terrible company! DO NOT BUY! I ordered a product from this company, and when I received it, it looks nothing like the photo on their website. I have tried to contact the company but all the email addresses they provide don't exist!

They did not deliver my product and when asked for a refund they would not give the refund, as a compromise i was willing to repay the deliver cost to which they agreed and when paying via paypal they did not even accept the payment from their end and essentially they took my money and i was left without a product. I will not be buying from this company again, the customer service is also not co-operative.

My stuff did turn and looks and smells amazing how ever i am slightly disappointed that i received some hand santiser gel as part of my package but i.am pleased the goods arrived so now now its just a case of seeing if they work

Firstly they don't reply to emails you send them. I have ordered a lot of their products and was very disappointment in both the packaging and the quality of the products. I received half empty containers that when I sent them pictures they replied to my facebook message saying the container is big and that is the reason it looks empty. However I explained the container is 50ml and sent them a picture but they never replied. I also received a damaged product which i also sent an email and picture but they never replied. My advice is to avoid as they attract people by their drastically reduced items but they are not worth it. The hair and body oil i received its texture is like water and not oily at all.

Truffle oil is amazinggggg like botox in a tube

ive been useing Cougar beauty for around 4 weeks now and must say my complextion...useing the truffle moistureizer is coming on nice...there fast delivery...and if u call them via phone...there polite and helpful...

I really really love COUGAR products they are nice on the skin and feel nice on my face

After seeing an offer of their's advertised on a freebie group, I jumped straight onto it. A large sum off and just pay postage? An easy christmas gift I thought. Nope, the makeup I recieved looked like it belonged in a dollhouse. Posted it on the page that advertised it where members unanimously agreed that the company is awful. Most people on the page think that Cougar pays them to advertise their products" as despite many people being unahappy with what they got
