Heima is an amazing shop, my favourite in York and a real Aladdin’s cave. They’ve got pretty much everything homeware wise that you might want. It’s all ethically sourced and sustainable with hardly a piece of plastic in sight. Really helpful staff too. It gives me a real feel good buzz to shop there - I could spend hours in there!

I came across HEIMA on Google whilst searching for a Goat Hair Dust Brush online & they had exactly what I was after. The whole ordering process on their lovely website was a really smooth transaction & delivery was super speedy!! The Dust brush is of a very high quality & perfect for dusting delicate surfaces. What a great shop to find online….I’ll definitely be back to order from you again :)

Visited this lovely shop today. Filled with a wonderful collection of unique items for the house especially kitchen and also the garden. A total aladdin’s cave of gorgeous homewares with lovely helpful staff. They have a beautiful Christmas window. Purchased a gorgeous tray as a Christmas gift for a friend. Dog friendly as well!

Delighted with the Falcon enamel bread bin I bought on-line. I was a little unsure about how well it would travel being metal but I needn't have worried. The packaging was first class. I shall be buying from you again

We visit Heima often to get refills of our washing up liquid, hand wash and laundry detergent. While we’re refilling there are always lovely things to look at, beautiful “items of use”. I bought a great coffee pot for my husband as a Father’s Day gift, and it makes excellent coffee! Our dog also loves popping in as he gets a head scratch and a treat.

This is such a fantastic shop. They give informed advice about their products that are carefully curated to have well made long lasting products that are environmentally friends. The shop assistant also kindly offered to keep my shopping behind the till until I'd finished walking around town due to how heavy it was.

This is the best shop in York and probably one of the best shops I have ever been to!It is absolutely packed full of interesting things, hardware, eco household items, garden stuff, but everything is really well displayed and reasonably priced. It's just perfect.
