I was 15 minutes late to an appointment because of heavy traffic on the m61, m6 and m55 motorways.I was able to be seen by a nurse but not by the vet I normally see for acupuncture.I understand that my vet has other appointments but every other appointment I've had, I've had to wait about 20 minutes for and the one time I'm late I can't be seen.

For around 10 years the team at Rowans took exceptional care of our amazing little girl, our pug, Daisy.We have nothing but praise for the whole team, who in the worst time made it known we weren’t going through it alone.Rowans did everything they could for Daisy, as did the specialists we got referred to. Always made time to answer any questions (and I had a lot).The compassion shown will not be forgotten.Thank you,Drew, Francis, Nicole, Leanne, Hayley, Rachel... and everyone who’s names we missed (sorry).

First visit for Pippa at Rowan for major oral surgery after moving to Blackpool a year ago...everyone was amazing and totally put me at ease - fantastic vet and pricing is reasonable, I would highly recommend! (Pippa is the tan)

Good vets good customer service. Unfortunately compared to other vets they seem very expensive. Some treatments nearly half the price elsewhere.

An amazing veterinary practice with professional, friendly staff and a great App you can use to book appointments and even chat to a vet nurse or vet. Our 2 year old working cocker spaniel was very anxious about going to the vet, partly because she was a lockdown puppy but the free desensitisation appointments with a vet nurse have helped her so much. She now goes in happily and can be examined by a vet.
