I recently had a new boiler fitted by WB Gas Ltd. I admit that I do not impress easily as I have a high threshold for good customer service. However I cannot fault the service I received. From the delivery of the quote to the final installation the communication was excellent. Their quote was also very competitive. I am so pleased that I have signed up for one of their service plans for peace of mind.

Efficient and helpful; gave me clear advice about the future, about the likely lifetime of my boiler; about how the assessment and maintenance was carried out. I also like the fact that the company will send a reminder on a yearly basis. And finally - they were lovely with my dog!

Really great service both for a boiler service and a repair, Nino was really helpful taking the time to explain exactly what he was doing and offering a few pointers for the future for me also, really friendly as well. I would defiantly be happy to recommend WB Gas.

Booked a Boiler Service for my mum, these were the only company in Luton I could find that would do this before Christmas (even British Gas). Nino and his engineer turned up on time after very excellent communications (including a 15-minute count-down). They expertly performed the Boiler Service (it's in the loft, so not easy) and were complete on time.Nino also offered some suggestions as to how to assist mum in saving money and staying healthy through the Winter.Absolute superstars and will be using them for any plumbing needs now and in the future.Thanks, Nino and team.
