VERY QUICK SERVICE amazing but the photo I was given on the pen drive contained a black screen which was blocking my picture. Staff needs to be trained tbh.

I had a zipper that wouldn't zip and I just happened upon Timpson. He was kind enough to quickly fix the zipper and wouldn't take any money. I sincerely appreciate the willingness to help when he was busy.

5* so you'll all be aware that the Timpson store in Buchanan St is a FAILURE.-Insane charge for replacing the heel tips of my ankle boots, and they also ruined the surrounded area of the heel.In general they did barely adequate work. Unless I find stuff that THEY KNOW THEIR JOB and SHOW ATTENTION TO DETAIL, I won't visit Timpson ever again.

Amazing people and service! Distraught after having a man trample on my heel leading to my sole becoming detached from the actual shoe I rushed into the shop asking for help. Without a question they helped me glue the shoe back to working order and didnt charge me who at that moment was not carrying any money. In the span of 2 minutes my horrible day turned in to a great one! Faith in humanity restored!
