I made the mistake of ordering duck feed from this company, in the process of which they signed me up for a rolling subscription of £25 a month, without informing me.Their website doesn't allow you to check what they signed you up to and they won't allow you to remove the payment method that they have kept unauthorised from you.Tried to cancel by emailing them and was met with the most shocking customer service (not surprising, having read the other reviews now) and then was toldthis has nothing to do with us" when I informed them that if they don't cancel this rolling subscriptionI haven't signed up to then I will be contacting my bank.Went through my bank and blocked future payments

This is a great store, really good for customers. Very charitable supporting the local rescue charities and always has food out for wildlife

I waited at the christchurch branch till with raw food waiting to pay for 3 minutes and when the lady fnaly came she scanned the customer she was talking to first even though I was first in the shop and first at the till waiting to be served. I could not believe the rudeness. I walked out the shop and will not return. date today is 11/07/2018. Time I was in shop was around 9:45. The correct thing to be done here was to say I'll just serve this gentleman as he was first and has been waiting at the till.

Ordered an item on Amazon with a company called Superpetstoreuk247 which is run by the same family that runs Superpet store. This review is a warning to watch out ordering from this business or related businesses. The company used a completely incompetent delivery company to “deliver” my item. The delivery company didn’t even attempt to deliver it to my address and I know this for a fact as I was at home and my video doorbell didn’t have a delivery driver even attempt delivery. I questioned where my order was and they sent me a picture of it left on the wrong doorstep in full view of passers by. Not only were they super rude and have no customer service skills in their response, they refused to accept accountability. As a result, I haven’t received my order and I am now out of pocket. The obvious action for the company to do is contact the delivery company and hold them accountable and refund me for the item I did not receive. However, they stand by the order was delivered and “signed for” by my name at the wrong address. They can’t provide evidence this was signed for as it would be physically impossible for me to sign for an item at an address I don’t live at. Obviously too much effort for them to do the right thing and I’m so disgusted. Currently taking this matter forward with Amazon which is wasting my own time. Thanks a lot! A warning to others thinking of using a company that thinks their responsibility of customer service ends once a transaction is complete and thinks it’s ok for a delivery company to leave your order outside on public view at the wrong address.
