Dean is professional, courteous and great at his job. Extremely diligent and gets the tasks and jobs completed in a timely manner. He has done 2 jobs for us so far and he would always be our first point of call. Highly recommend his services.

Trimmed and rehung 3 interior doors for me, hard working, polite and tidy. Excellent all round, would recommend to friends.

Dean put a flat pack corner display cabinet together for my mum. He was very professional, on time, reasonably priced, good communication and responsive from start to finish. It was recommended on instructions that it was a two person assembly. But Dean managed to do it on his own in about an hour and did a good job too, very pleased with the results. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Dean assembled a flat pack wardrobe and chest of drawers. He was reliable, professional and got the job done. He confirmed when he'd be arriving on the day and was punctual. His price was reasonable for the job and he didn't leave a mess behind. What more could you want? I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Dean has done a variety of jobs for me, including securing cabinets to walls and designing, building and painting a bespoke set of shelves and drawers for a store-cupboard. He’s always reliable, hardworking and honest, does an excellent neat job every time and I’d highly recommend him as a handyman.

Having relocated our offices to Manchester I needed someone to get some jobs around our new space completed.I found Deans details and he’s been great! From putting up shelves, mirrors and multiple TVs to fitting in new plug points, wiring in illuminated mirrors and installing extra lighting he’s done everything efficiently and to a very professional standard.He goes the extra mile to make sure all finishing touches are perfected and checks with you every step of the way to make sure you’re happy. On top of that he’s always on time and efficient.He’s been and done jobs for us on 3 occasions now and we’ve done all works that need to be carried out but whenever anything arises Dean always gets first call!Thanks again.

I never post reviews but Dean of Major Maker Ltd gave me such good service that I feel compelled. The other reviews don't lie - Dean is professional, friendly, punctual, responsive, and more important than any of these things, extremely competent at what he does. It's not lost on me that he's all these things while operating in an industry that often (at least in my experience) lacks them. Dean did an extremely long day at my house, assembling a huge range of things in excellent time. I would give him 10 stars instead of the maximum 5 if I could, and would (and will) recommend him to anyone.Edited to add: three months after my original review, I hired this company again for a much more complex, bespoke shelving project. The professionalism and reliability were as I remembered them, if not even better, and in addition to these qualities, Dean is also an extremely skilled craftsman.

Dean has completed a number of jobs in my flat to a high standard, ranging from furniture assembly to curtain pole installation. He provides a very efficient, high quality and great value for money service and is also polite, helpful and friendly. He goes over and above to make sure you are happy with everything. I highly recommend if you want a reliable and professional service.

Dean - visited today (10/08/20), he was very punctual, professional, very tidy and kind. I engaged Dean for a number of jobs he completed in less than a full day. The jobs were:- hanging a 55inch tv on the wall plus hiding the wires behind the wall with faceplates- hanging a large tv unit on the wall- hanging three sets of curtain poles with a double rail for the net & black out curtains- hanging a mirror in my bedroomHe’s very professional and efficient and I’ll be asking him to do more installation work + some custom builds in the near future.
