Giving a one because I can't give less. Grandmother's hair has been dirty a day after they said they washed it. My grandfather had soiled trousers put back on him. They weren't going to change my grandmother's sheet after it became soiled it was only changed because my aunt pointed this out to staff. Mouth care seems to be non existent. My grandfather has passed away and we believe their negligent care had hastened it.

Extremely caring home for the elderly. Very clean and bright surroundings. Lovely staff with great attitude to health care for the residents.
