Red Hat Ghost Walk
Gill was absolutely fantastic! She took a private booking to take our 40+ group of wedding guests on one of her tours as our little welcome to Whitby the night before our ceremony. She was an absolute delight had everyone laughing and chatting in no time! A great way to share the town’s history we could not have asked for a better ghost host!

Red Hat Ghost Walk
One of the most enjoyable evenings we’ve had in Whitby. Red hat lady Gill was very welcoming and easy to listen to. Her walk was filled with Whitby knowledge all tied up with a sprinkle of humour. The children thoroughly enjoyed their walk around the town.

Red Hat Ghost Walk
A great way to spend an evening! Gill is an engaging guide, telling of Whitby's ghostly past and folklore in rhyme. It's fun to see some of the hidden nooks and crannies of Whitby and imagine the stories unfolding. Half ghost walk, half local history, it's suitable for all ages and even though we have been visiting Whitby for many years, we learned new, interesting things. Highly recommend!

Red Hat Ghost Walk
Charming little walk full of laughs and spooks. Went tonight for something to do and don't regret it for a second. All the stories are told in rhyme and have clearly been rehearsed well with a personal flare. If you're stopping the weekend or find yourself with a free evening in Whitby you could certainly do worse than Red Hat Ghost Walk.Also a great way to gst your daily steps in!

Had a fantastic night on the Ghost tour!! Gill is so knowledgable and enthusiastic in sharing the history of Whitby, with a really fab way of delivering her stories in rhyme! It was the highlight of our holiday. Our dog Biscuit was with us and made to feel very welcome too. Thanks Gill for such a fab night!!

Red Hat Ghost Walk
Gill was fantastic! She took us on a brilliantly funny tour of Whitby to places I didn’t even know existed and definitely wouldn’t have found on my own! As a local, born and bred, Gill seemed to know everyone in Whitby and her local knowledge was great! I would definitely recommend. Thanks again, Gill!

This walk was funny, interesting and informative. Great way to learn about Whitby’s past. Fabulous guide makes the stories come to life for all ages. Definitely the walk to choose if in Whitby.

Red Hat Ghost Walk
Had a fabulous 75 minutes in the rain on this fun, eerie and entertaining ghost walk.The host was brilliant and entertained us all with her ghostly and humorous stories. She’s a local lass and this authenticity really added to the experience.Totally kid and dog friendly.Highly recommend for all ages.

Absolutely brilliant.Gill is a lovely lady, funny and very knowledgeable and I liked the fact that she interacted with me, I wasn’t just a paying customer.This is definitely something you should do when visiting Whitby. I would certainly do it again.Well done Gill keep up the good work.

A brilliant time had with Gill of Red Hat Ghost Walk, funny, entertaining and unique, plus learning lost about the Town! Definitely not to be missed on a visit to Whitby or for the locals too! Definitely recommended! xx
