Joe and his team have performed a superb job restoring and redecorating the external woodwork across the whole of a substantial property as well as restoring the internal decorations of a number of rooms. The work was performed over at least 6 months and uncovered a number of significant issues that were identified, solutions discussed and agreed and budgeted promptly to minimise delay.A totally professional approach was exhibited by Joe and his team throughout the project. We would have been lost without them, they provide a well rounded excellent service to a high standard whilst retaining value for money.

Well these chaps know their stuff. On the job promptly and down to business. This is a well organised team who work at a steady pace, and tackle any problems that might arise, without any fuss or tantrums. Our kitchen was a hotch potch of do it yourself units and dodgy electrics, courtesy of the previous owner. Joe took it in his stride, and kept a check as each stage progressed, and all went smoothly. Three shires was not my first choice to do this job. I usually use a chap we have used for years, but he let us down, and I searched the net for another builder. After looking at some of the jobs they had done, and reading the reviews, I decided these guys would be ok. I Would advise anyone who is thinking of using these chaps to tell them exactly what you want, and let them get on with it. I have used this business for a variety of jobs. Recently replacing the boiler central heating system. Communication was good on the options available. Including the unexpected problems that happened. The work was excellent. House is back to being warm again. Recommended.
