Freeway Car Hire and Van Hire

Hired a vehicle from here with a friend. Handed the vehicle back outside of office hours, so there was nobody on site to check the vehicle over. Some weeks later, without any pre-notification, £500 was debited from my card for apparent damage caused to the vehicle. I am 100% sure the vehicles was not damaged when returned, but at the very least I would expect to be notified if a charge was coming my way. Be very very careful if using Freeway, and ensure you hand the car back in office hours, or at the very least ask them to make you aware of any issues the next day !

These guys are absolutely brilliant ! We hired a Luton with tail lift for an absolutely cracking price which absolutley saved our lives!! ! The van was in top working order it ran brilliantly ! There was a huge amount of space for all our stuff! They are incredibly nice everything was very relaxed and friendly! Taking the documents was super easy, informal as well as being very professional and thoroughly! It was easy to pick up and ultra easy to drop off! I can’t recommend them enough fantastic people fantastic van fantastic business!! Everyone should used them!!! I contacted Freeview Car Hire, following a recommendation from a college, as the company vehicles were withdrawn. I have to say, I completely understand why he spoke so highly of them. They quoted me within minutes, and an hour later I had the vehicle delivered to my door! Brilliant customer service.

Great service and good price for a Luton with a tail lift. Vehicle was clean, ready and waiting, did everything as promised and absolutely no problems at all, so would 100% recommend. Please support this business and don`t bother with the others. Would be a great vehicle if moving house as the tail lift was so easy to use.
