Excellent....have never been anything but very pleased with my experience here.

Had my haircut by Michelle which I was really pleased with the whole experience slightly over priced but fitted me in at very short notice which I was really happy with.

I had my hair cut by George today, he was very professional, chatty and cut my hair exactly as I wanted it.It was curled by a young lady who washed my hair, she also was lovely and I left the salon with exactly what I wanted and feeling million dollars.A huge thanks to both.

Didn’t like my foils, still got ginger bits in my hair just on top of forehead visibly sticking out. used to go to Carmarthen salon, they were amazing. Went to Haverfordwest thinking they would do the same because they save history of client, but here I didn’t even had same toner on my hair, too cool for me, very ashy, even I thought they would use the same toner from their records. Totally disappointed especially paying over £100 pounds for that. Of course they said I could come back and they would fix it, but I’m Never coming back. And took so long, more then 3 hours. Carmarthen did it in two hours and I had beautiful curls, left salon with silky hair after treatments they did. Nothing similar here, so different.

I'm attempting to follow the cgm and although they don't claim to be cgm hairdressers the lady who cut my hair gave me loads of tips/advise and scrunched my hair curly ( most salons straighten as a default). Will definitely be going back, reversed my life long fear of hairdressers.

After many bad haircuts from other salons my daughter and I are happy to have found Sarah Dempster to do our hair. Well worth the money to see my daughter walk out with a big smile. The service has always been excellent and their coffee's are lush

I don't know why this place is getting bad reviews. To my mind, there's nothing wrong with it. The staff go out of their way to be friendly, they're forever asking if you're alright or if you want something to drink; they're very chatty and make you feel at ease and I've never come out of there with a bad haircut yet! Plus the place is always clean and tidy and it's a very nice, modern atmosphere. So to all who say that they've a problem with it, you clearly must be thinking about another place altogether because Andrew Price is a great place! And to whoever it was who complained that their hair wasn't styled the way they wanted it, well, that's probably because you have problem hair and it was the best the staff could do! Your fault, not theirs! Over and out!

Very disappointed and angry with Haverfordwest salon. My 19 year old daughter wanted to treat herself and have her roots coloured after they had grown out. She has confidence issues so wanted to use somewhere she thought would look after her as I have used this salon and been very happy with my stylist. She booked an appointment with a different stylist as mine wasn’t available. Her hair was foiled and the stylist offered to put a toner on as she thought it would help lighten it. My daughter agreed to have it on the advice of the stylist. The finished result was blond hair with very pink roots and very uneven strands of pink through her hair !! Not the blond she had asked for. As my daughter has confidence issues she didn’t feel she could complain and say she wasn’t happy. She paid £104 which was more than quoted so she had been charged for the toner that had made it pink too !!! When I saw her a couple of days later I was appalled at the state of her hair and told her to call and complain to get it sorted. She didn’t feel she could with her issues and just wanted to forget about it and never to return. A couple of days later she told me she had a job interview for a better job I told her there was no way she could go to this interview with pink hair and she had to call the salon to get it sorted. So she plucked up the courage to do so. She was told they would sort it but she would have to pay !!!! As it had been just over 10 days , baring in mind it’s been Easter weekend with all the bank holidays too!!! I have told her not to go as she was not to pay another penny!!! Im appalled with her treatment in every way and I will never go back myself.
