Joao provided me with excellent service today. I sent an email to the support office late Friday afternoon (expecting to receive a reply by Tuesday!) But one hour later Joao responded to me, having already investigated and solved the issue. I was expecting difficulties and experienced none - providing relief for me over the weekend. Super! Very dodgy business model.The small print at the bottom of the letter I received says they are not affiliated with the government / Companies House, but it's very much written in a way to mislead you that they are acting on behalf of Companies House (threats of criminal record, urgent action, unlimited fine etc.).They will file a confirmation statement for you for over triple the price it costs to do it yourself on the Companies House website.I'm not sure how a business like this is allowed to legally operate. It's certainly misleading and trying to pray on people being unaware, or in a rush. A lot of clearly fake reviews posted online as well.

Shameful terms and conditions.Ripped me off by only giving me 50% refund for a service I didn't use. This is a scam to trick the inexperienced as they get you pay for it up front before you realize you actually don't need the service.

Rip off. I thought they were company house. they are an independent company and if you want to cancel they take half your money or all 47.99 I just wanted to file my Confirmation statement. The customer service lady I spoke to was so rude i had to keep my calm. Do not use this company unless you really have to its only 13 on company house if you already have the code like I do and nothing has changed. Do not make a mistake and pay for this you will loose your money.

Mixed experience with the service, However, the Customer Service response was very quick and dealt with in a very positive manner. With this in mind I will consider using them again for the more complex requirements.

Disgusting and unethical is the word I would use for this company took 47.99 from me to do absolutely nothing when I cancelled as they wanted me to do it they refunded me 23.99 do not waste your money as you can do it yourself for 13. When questioning them about the rest of money they said it was for their time(what time you did nothing) I did it myself in the end. I do not know how these companies are allowed to operate.
