We wanted a solid structure to replace our old summerhouse and after extensive review, settled on Cheshire Oak Structures. What an excellent decision that proved to be.From our initial approach, design, schedule of works and through to completion this company was totally professional.Dean communicated regularly and every time frame was met. Joe and Ewan who erected the structure, together with the roofing contractors and scaffold team were a pleasure to deal with and incredibly tidy and respectful to our property. Quality of workmanship is superb.We are totally satisfied with our Cookhouse and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company.

We had a two bay Beeston constructed. Good quality workmanship, friendly and helpful team. They accommodated quite a few changes (doing some dry stone walling around it, adding a decorative ramp) all at sensible prices. Overall very pleased with the end product.

Cheshire Oaks has surpassed all our expectation from initial contact to completion.We own a listed building and needed to produce plans and materials to be used for the two bay garage before we had any chance of getting planing permission. Dean happily helped with all necessary paperwork and once planing was given the order was placed, with start and finish of project dates agreed. When ground work was started it became apparent that I had placed the personnel door in the wrong place, a quick phone call to Dean and the problem was resolved. The rest of the work was completed without a hitch, all work being of a very high standard. We are very glad we went with Cheshire Oaks and are now in possession of a beautiful building which compliments our home perfectly. Dean and his team did a superb job, all dates adhered to,. Triple garage with cat slide roof, plenty of space, car doors fully open (one is a Range Rover!!) with three cars in situ… Left this review a year on, so can attest to quality, garage still looks as new. (See pic taken this morning) Needed building regulations due to size, inspector complemented quality of build and issued certificate. Again, many thanks for all of your and your teams hard work Dean, they certainly get the job done!!

We looked for a couple of years to find the right oak structure provider. We chose Cheshire oak structures in September 2016 and we can honestly say it’s was a great decision.We have a couple of classic cards and wanted extra wise bays, nothing was too much trouble, we even visited another customers garage to confirm our cars would fit.The design consultation and delivery was exceptionalAfter care has been brilliant and we are now planning a cook house at the farm.Great professional service and we cannot say enough good things about these guys.Highly recommend

At the end of the process, we have an excellent garage that is exactly what we hoped for. It looks great and functions very well.Dean was responsive with his communication throughout and delivered his part of the construction on time. (The delays we had were purely through the council's planning application process. A delay that meant the project cost rose through a rise in prices of raw materials). The site was left tidy and functional at the end of each day and the workmen were very professional.We would use Cheshire Oak Structures again.
