I recently purchased a set of headphones for £35 from My Fone, Regent Street in the town centre.Upon opening the box, I noticed that the charger port had a manufacturing defect, and had not been seated correctly - the charger cable would not fit.I returned the unused item to the shop the next day.The sales assistant looked at the item and immediately said he'd give me a replacement.I told him thank you, but I wanted a refund, at this point he bacame very defensive and refused, saying that I had damaged the item.I told him about Consumer Rights Act 2015 section 9 to which he said he's not interested, I damaged the item and he'd see me in court if I wanted. I'm a genuine, honest man, not a liar, I did not, repeat not damage this item.This has caused me a certain amount of anxiety.All I want is my money credited back into my bank account.I have been in touch with trading standards.

Popped in to get a new battery fitted in my phone. Friendly, quick and reasonable service, better then the other phone shops in the area I tried first. Recommended.

Went to unblock my phone and was told it Woul be ready within 24 hrs.. It took almost a week with no success and got refunded

I bought a battery for my iPhone 6 about a year a go from myphone in Swindon. Very pleased with the quality it has held its charge well. Returned to the shop today to have a charging port fitted, very polite staff, Good value for money would highly recommend. Would highly recommend. Thank you myphone.

MyPhone fitted a new screen and a screen protector less than a month ago. The protector began to crumble at the edges within a few days. I got glass in my finger from this and had to buy another plastic screen protector to go on top so I could actually use the phone The screen has also disintegrated so no protection was offered in fact. My discussion about this with the owner involved him mansplaining, talking over me, sarcasm, gaslighting, not listening and generally making accusatory and unhelpful comments. The customer is always wrong at this shop. Lesson learnt: I won't be going back.

Very impressed with these guys. Had a problem that both my work and personal mobiles were not charging. Went to the O2 shop (as that's where my personal came from) and they very kindly checked both of my chargers and confirmed they were dead, but they did not have any in stock. I walked across to My Phone and they were very helpful. They identified the appropriate cables, but I wanted to be 100% sure, so they opened the boxes, and then tested the cables on my phones to be sure they would charge. They also tested my old chargers, just to be sure. They offered to dispose of the old ones, and the cost of the two new cables was just £14.00. One very happy customer.

It’s the best shop in Swindon literally when ever I got phone problem I go to them and they fix it so fast and the prices are good

Could not recommend these guys enough! Completely lovely, professional, time efficient and don't charge an arm and a leg! I was quoted hundreds of pounds to fix my laptop and told it would take weeks, I took it in to these guys today, about 2 hours ago, I'm now sat at home typing this review on my fixed laptop that they only charged £50 for!! They've also fixed my phones in the past, wouldn't go to anyone else now, amazing work, thanks guys!! x

Great service. My daughters tablet was repaired in under an hour. Helpful, fast and reasonably priced.
