We chose Diamond Heaven because of the extensive selection, and were delighted with the personal service. We visited the Cardiff store where the staff were extremely helpful and patient. We took as long as needed to make our choice and the price was very competitive. We are delighted with our engagement ring.

I shopped around Cardiff extensively before stepping foot in Diamond Heaven, however, none of the shops seemed to really tick the boxes and come up with a ring that I would have really loved to present to my Fiance.Courtney was incredibly helpful from the off; she was patient, wasn't pushy in the slightest, understanding and accommodating to my demands and needs. Due to this, together we came up with the perfect engagement ring (all of my fiance's friends are incredibly envious over it).I'm so glad I stumbled across this store. The experience from start to finish was fantastic, one of which a lot of companies should take note of when it comes to customer service. We've already returned to look at purchasing our wedding rings from there.A big thank you to Courtney and the team for making purchasing something so significant an absolute breeze.

Fantastic service from Diamond Heaven, made an appointment and looked at a variety of settings and diamonds to find the perfect one for me. The price was also incredibly reasonable and the ring itself is so beautiful, I keep getting loads of compliments.We had great service from start from Kirsty and Alexandra to finish. Cannot recommend enough!

I bought my engagement and wedding ring from diamond heaven and they were so helpful and patient with me. I was served by Jess and she guided me in the best way. She made sure she was in regular contact to keep me updated on the production of my rings. On top of that all the staff were friendly and provided me with their opinion and answered any questions I had in my mind. Definitely a go to place to have your dream ring. Thank you so much. My wife is over the moon with a bespoke ring that was made for her from the Cardiff branch.The service we received from Diamond Heaven was excellent from start to finish with great advice, the ring turned out better than we thought, it is stunning.Charlie Spring in particular was the main person I dealt with, he was very professional and helpful, explaining the sequence of events that would need to be done to achieve the bespoke ring right down to a confirmed date that i required it to be completed by.I can thoroughly recommend Diamond Heaven and will definitely us them again.A massive thank you to the whole team.

We're from London and when in Cardiff on a mini break we thought why not find a jewellers in Cardiff to find out wedding bands we might like. We didn't expect to find one we liked straight away and we can see why they are rated so highly so we ended up buying straight away without hesitation. The service is 10/10 and they really give you your full attention. They have a sister store in London in Hatton Garden and we were able to collect it from their London store after 2 weeks. The whole experience from beginning to end was really smooth. Leeza was our sales person in the Cardiff store and she made sure we were looked after well. What we really admired was that there was no pressure to buy and made us feel very comfortable. She texted me on whatsapp after purchase to keep me in the loop and she helped me arrange collection from the London store by communicating with them directly to ensure smooth delivery. Couldn't fault them. They've got fantastic reviews for a reason and that's what made us drawn to them in the beginning.

After months of researching and consultation for engagement rings, I came across Diamond-Heaven. I originally booked for an online appointment at the Birmingham branch but something got mixed during the booking and I got put through to the Cardiff branch.No need to worry I went ahead and got some very helpful and expert service from the whole team and in particular Nazia and Alexandra. At first through the online appointment I was assigned to Nazia who went over and beyond to help me find the style that I was after and showing me diamond variations from lab to natural. From this she got them all together and in place for me to see on my visit to Cardiff a couple weeks later.Unfortunately Nazia was not working on the day that I could make the trip over to Cardiff from the Midlands. However, I was then assigned to Alexandra, who was a very professional and knowledgeable person. I brought along my partner to try on the rings and most importantly for me to get an idea of which one she liked the most big smile give away!".
