Wonderful practice with a calm, welcoming atmosphere.Saw Ellicia today - she was caring, knowledgeable and more than happy to answer any questions I had.The girls at the front desk were lovely too - very efficient and friendly!

Fantastic. Is the only word to describe this vets practice.Friendly, welcoming, professional. Also very passionate about the work they do here all staff included. Vets,Nurses and receptionists are all very nice people

I visit monthly for my cats Solensia Injection, and the atmosphere is super cat friendly and calm. Staff are knowledgeable, and always happy to help. A big thumbs up for the new cat only clinic!

We had to take our cat Jasper to brimsham vets on Wednesday last week ,he was seriously ill , unresponsive ,deaths door .From the second we walked through the doors,we were met with compassion,care and respect.I cannot put into words how fantastic the vets and staff are , consistently keeping us informed on Jasper's progress ,advising us on what we should do ,going above and beyond to take care of Jasper.Thank god Jasper turned a corner and is recovering from his ordeal ,no doubt in our minds it's due to the live and care he was given here.Thank you so much for saving our Jasper .xxx

My girlfriend took our puppies to the vets twice, the first time they forgotten to mix our antibiotics so had to go back.The second vist, 3 days later they overcharged us by charging us 2 consultation fee for the one vist so had to go BACK AGAIN to get our money back. They are very expensive for what they done, Would definitely NOT recommend them.

We visited this practice whilst staying with family in the area as one of our dogs became ill. All staff were friendly and helpful. Dr Ruth's care and treatment of our dog was excellent. even though we had never met before and live on the other side of the country. I couldn't have asked for better.

We're throughly unimpressed with this surgery. We usually use their Winterbourne branch who are amazing.However recently Winterbourne were busy so we were sent here..They mis diagnosed my cat as having an abcess and suggested a £400 surgery, they also mis prescribed her anti biotics dose which would have overdosed her had they not later that day noticed their mistake and I had given them to her, which there is no excuse for. I consulted a second vets who confirmed no abcess but strange mass. Quickly diagnosed as TB and sadly euthanasia. Money isn't important, but I felt brimsham pushed an unnecessary and painful procedure on a mis diagnosis.Then we got a phone call tonight. Demanding payment for our dogs medication that is covered under insurance. Our dog is being treated by Winterbourne vets. They claimed they no longer accept direct pay under £400! My husband disputed it and said he'd consult me. I rang Winterbourne who confirmed they'd had a phone call and tokd brimsham that it was covered and they were sorting it. They confirmed with me it was fine.Two negative experiences in the space of 2 weeks. I'd avoid at all costs.

Everyone here has been amazing! My cats Milo and Leo have always been well looked after! Both Milo and Leo get the best care and they get absolutely spoilt when they visit! Amazing staff and my cats love it! They all deserve a massive pay rise in my opinion! Keep up the great work!Ryan
